These programs serving the community are partially funded by the City of San Francisco’s Department of Disability and Aging Services.

Congregate Meals Program
The Community Dining Program (Congregate Meals Program) offers nutritious, low-cost meals to seniors 60+ and adults with disabilities.
We serve the finest authentic Russian cuisine cooked by an academy trained chef Vladimir and prepared from scratch every morning.

Meals are served five days a week Monday through Friday at our dining room
at 300 Anza St, San Francisco, CA.
For reservations please call (415) 387-5336 prior day between 2pm-3pm.
Menu is subject to change without notice.

Suggested donation is $2 for seniors and adults with disabilities and $6 for non-seniors.


Comfortable clean dining room, table service, ADA restrooms.
Tea & coffee served daily from 10:30 am.
Big Screen TV and Russian satellite TV.



Easy access to public transportation.
Daily, two Paratransit buses bring frail seniors to RACS’s dining room.


RACS prepares and serves over 34,000 congregate meals per year!
